Tiger Cub Golf are fully committed to customer satisfaction we fully guarantee all of our products.
Return Policy
In the event the product does not meet with your expectations please return to us in a new condition with all the original packaging as received. Please contact us at customerassist@tigercubgolf.com for a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Please do not send any product back to us without first of all receiving an RA Number from us. Tiger Cub Golf will refund costs less shipping costs, credit can be made to your account for other products.
The shipping costs will be required to be paid by the customer. Please ensure the returned product are packed in a safe and secure manner before sending back to us,please mark the RA number on the carton. Product returned must be in an unused condition free of any markings.
Product that has been damaged or supplied incorrectly please contact us immediately, please keep all the original packing. We will give you a RA number and send you a return label. Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days of the RA number being issued and received within 45 days at our premises. The cost of the shipping label will be borne by Tiger Cub Golf.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Tiger Cub Golf warrants its product from 1 year from the original purchase date to be free from any material defects or poor workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear arising in normal use of the product eg, paint fading, blemishes, scratches, worn grips. Please retain your original receipt of purchase and present this in the event of making a claim.
